The United Arab Emirates has lifted its visa ban on Nigerians planning to visit the Arab country. The visa prohibition was lifted following a significant meeting between Nigerian President Bola Tinubu and UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
It will be recalled that President Tinubu departed Nigeria for the United Arab Emirates to handle diplomatic issues that resulted in flight suspensions and travel bans for Nigerians.
This was revealed in a press statement issued on Monday, September 11, 2023, by Ajuri Ngelale, special adviser to the President on Media & Publicity.
