West Ham have announced that they have agreed terms with Bayer Leverkusen for Javier Hernandez.
The former Manchester United striker will “fly to London in the coming days to finalise personal terms and undergo a medical with the Hammers.”
With just one year remaining on his deal, the Hammers are expected to sign ‘Chicharito” for around £17m.
